Corporate Booking Policy
Minimum Booking Requirement:
Studio Balance Entertainment (SBE) requires a minimum booking value of $1,500 before taxes or a minimum of three talent bookings per event.
Booking Confirmation:
No station/act is considered confirmed or reserved until a signed contract has been received. Event production will begin only after both a signed contract and a 50% deposit have been received.
Pricing & Adjustments:
Quoted pricing is subject to change based on artist availability, schedule adjustments, costume modifications, or any additional factors that may impact costs.
Rush Fee Policy:
For contracts signed within 10 days of the event, a tiered rush fee applies:

Contracts signed 6-10 days before the event will incur a 10% rush fee.

Contracts signed within 5 days of the event will incur a 15% rush fee.
Payment Methods & Fees:
Our preferred payment methods are check or ACH transfer. We can also process online invoices payable by credit card; however, a 4% service fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
Late Payment Policy:
A grace period of 5 days is allowed after the due date before any late fees are assessed. Late payments will be charged on the outstanding balance as follows:

5% for payments 6-10 days late

7.5% for payments 11-20 days late

10% for payments 21-30 days late

15% for payments 31+ days late
Late fees are applied solely to the outstanding balance and will not be compounded daily.
Liability & Insurance:
All artists booked through SBE are independent contractors and carry their own public liability insurance covering their personal vehicles, actions, and props.
Sexual Harassment Policy:
SBE upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Employers are legally and contractually required to provide a safe and respectful work environment. SBE works closely with both artists and clients to maintain this standard and ensure the safety of all performers.
